It all started with my daughter’s first birthday. I wanted her cake to feel special but was surprised how costly bespoke cakes were. So, I rolled up my sleeves and discovered a new passion: modelling characters and decorations from fondant. What began as a creative experiment soon became a hobby. Fast forward ten years and after being told too many times I should make it my side hustle, here I am.
